We provide multiple levels of Business Valuation to Companies with the expertise, software, market comparable data coupled with experienced Broker market knowledge required. You have basically three levels, BOV or Brokers Opinion of Value, formal Business Valuation that includes a full 3 years of financial documentation loaded into our Valuation Software Suite or a CPA's Quality of Earnings Report as the most comprehensive. Depending upon your objective, we help determine which is best for your scenario. Financials looking Back 3 full years and Year to Date is the market expectation and the minimum to receive SBA financing. Companies with storage of previous years financials may share those additional years deeper in the process when you have Chosen your actual Buyer from the Candidates.

Hiring a Business Broker is similar to real estate transactions. You have a Listing Agreement or Representation Agreement, you have an agreed upon success fee or Commission that you pay at the successful close of the transaction, you have a third party Escrow or Title Company (depending upon the State) that will be in-between the Bank, Buyer, Seller and ensuring that the transaction is completed legally, ethically and recorded in public record as an unbiased 3rd party, protect all parties equally and disburse funds when all parties Close the transaction as defined in the Purchase Agreement. You may still need to make some adjustments to your Business to reach its maximum sales price and Value in preparation for a Sale, your Broker will be an excellent advisor and help you prepare for your Exit.

Confidentiality - Discreet

We understand the importance of Confidentiality when selling a Business. We do not want employees or competitors to have any idea that the Company is for Sale. That's why all Advertisements or Teasers as we call them, will NOT identify the Actual Company for Sale until AFTER we receive an executed NDA (Non-Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement) from a prospective Buyer. Once we have an NDA on file protecting you, the Candidate Buyer will then receive professional-level Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) describing the Company, however NOT revealing any sensitive information.  Sellers will see and approve any materials that are used, including the advertisement that the public sees. You would ONLY share sensitive Data with the One actual Buyer when under contract and in Due Diligence.
